The 2026 season of training & qualifying tournaments has already began. 

She is vying for that coveted spot on the Provincial team as well as being a prospect for the 2027 Canada Winter Games.  Her placement at the Canadian Nationals in May will determine her spot on the national team for the following season.

This timeline below will be updated as the year progresses.

There are possible tournaments Veronica could attend outside of the qualifying events. This would depend on Sponsorships. And are listed at the bottom of the page.

This month Veronica will find out if she is a member of the Team Alberta for the 2027 Canada Winter Games in Quebec.

Junior WKF Worlds
OMG!

This event only happens every 2 years. If Veronica is holding the #1 spot in her division for Canada she will earn the invite for the Worlds in Morocco.

If Sponsorships come through this is a list of possible tournaments Veronica could attend. These tournaments give experience & go towards her WKF ranking. But  have no bearing on her spot on the Provincial teams or National Team
